ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from ZON. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, including where we suspect commercial resale or fraudulent activity.


CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You may create an account on our Site to manage orders, save your details, and access account-only features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at info@zoncollection.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, product photography, design, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to ZON and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product image on social media) is permitted. If in doubt, contact us at info@zoncollection.com.

The ZON name, logo, and brand identity are our trademarks. You must not use them in any way that could suggest affiliation with or endorsement by ZON without our written consent.


PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMER

ZON products are UPF-rated sun protective clothing and accessories. The UPF rating applies to the fabric itself and does not account for the level of protection afforded by the garment's design or coverage area.

The protection offered by our products may be reduced in the following circumstances: when the fabric is wet or stretched; and with time, due to normal wear. Our products do not provide protection against reflected or scattered UV radiation.

UPF ratings are based on standardised testing of the fabric at the time of manufacture. ZON does not accept liability if protection levels vary from stated ratings due to factors including wear, washing, stretching, or individual usage conditions. We do not accept legal responsibility if stated UPF guidelines turn out to be incorrect.

ZON is not liable for sunburn, skin damage, or any adverse effects resulting from UV exposure while using our products. Our products are intended to reduce UV exposure and should be used as part of a broader sun protection routine that includes sunscreen, shade, and avoiding peak UV hours.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are issued in the currency displayed at checkout and are valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable. They cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated. ZON is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.


DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders. Codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable. If a promotional price is applied incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

We may invite you to submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content") on our Site or social media channels. By submitting User Content, you confirm it is your own original work, that it is honest and not misleading, and that it does not contain anything defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of a third party's rights. You also grant ZON a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, and promote your User Content in connection with our products and brand across our website, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.

If you were provided with free products or any other incentive in exchange for a review, you must disclose this clearly in your content.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or Site, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, or technical errors, downtime, or unavailability of our Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law, EU consumer protection legislation, or the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be waived or excluded.


ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree not to use our Site to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, transmit viruses or malicious code, scrape or harvest data using automated tools, impersonate ZON or any other person, or interfere with the functionality of the Site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.


GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
